We are at a very interesting phase of the process - trying to nail the concept which will marry three very strong ideas: vintage + Tuscan + tight budget. The starting element is Charlotte's dress: an exquisite beaded flapper frock which belonged to her grandmother - such a happy dress with fabulous memories.
